Jason4Jason Edlin has been involved in the financial industry for 31 years in organisations such as the Bank of New Zealand, Mortgage Management Services and Suncorp.

Jason specialises in workshop facilitation, business process analysis and redesign, change management, and strategic consulting.  He is skilled in the use of the ARIS toolset and Six Sigma methodology.  He is able to support and challenge the thinking of senior managers, identify and analyse company issues, identify and preserve best practices and develop as-is and to-be business models.

His experience in business has helped him to develop strong communication, analysis and strategic skills. These, combined with senior management roles assists Jason in effectively understanding business needs, developing long-term strategies for clients, developing effective processes and/or systems, and to communicate and lead business, analytical and development groups.
