Strategic Programme Management

Strategic mismanagement and poor execution can destroy strategic value.

Strategic programme management is critical for organisations planning major system replacements, business consolidation, systems integration, process improvement or cost reduction.

We have strong business acumen, and deep experience to bring to the full lifecycle of strategic programme management:

  • Strategy: what’s driving the strategy from the organisation, the programme and the people.
  • Design: programme design and planning, benefits and risk analysis and organisational impact analysis.
  • Implementation: programme documentation and change management.
  • Control: success criteria and measurement, monitoring and control, risk management, and benefits realisation.
